Modigliani Nechtschein, the artist’s granddaughter and
authenticated by Modigliani’s Archives Cover of the publication ‘Tête de Cariatide’

This lot once imported into India will need to be registered as
an antique with the Government of India, under the Antiquities
and Art Treasures Act -1972, under Antiquities and Art Treasures
Rules 1973, under section 16 of the above act, with the
Archaeological Survey of India (ASI)
