This reference became the first Rolex GMT model
to feature a black and blue bezel constructed from
Cerachrom, a virtually scratchproof material. Dubbed
the ‘Batman’ by collectors due to this striking colour
combination. It was only in production for a relatively
short 6-year period. Case and bracelet made of
Oystersteel 904L holding the self-winding automatic
movement Cal. 3186. Functions include time with
running seconds, date display, GMT complication. Dial,
bracelet, movement signed.

Self-winding automatic watch, features a striking blue dial on a navy
blue alligator strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle. Functions
include hours, minutes, seconds, date, day, month and moon phase.
Powered by the Calibre 2460 QCL/1. Its open worked caseback reveals
an elevated oscillating weight in 22k gold, inspired by the Maltese
cross. Dial, case, crown, movement buckle signed.
