A PAIR OF MAGNIFICENT SATSUMA VASES

The Satsuma vases, both signed Kinkozan, feature intricately detailed panels on each. The
gilt vase features rich gilding and depicts hand painted panels of immortals in luxuriant
landscapes. The deep cobalt blue vase with a gilt floral pattern has a tall ovoid body and
features panels featuring lush gardens with birds, wisterias and streams.

representation of a tiger in bronze. Deftly executed, the tiger is seen mid-stride,
roaring with its head raised and with glass inset eyes.
